There's a lot of jargon and abbreviations in the world of marketing so here's a run down of the most common ones you might come across.

Copy
Copy is blurb, text, content. If your agency asks you to send over the copy for your new website, they just mean the text you want to include.
Lead nurturing
Lead nurturing is about building trust. You need to take customers on a journey with you until they reach the point where they want the service/product you are offering.
Think of it like dating. Unless you are a contestant on Married at First Sight, you usually meet someone, spend time getting to know them, if you get on well and like what you see, then you might want to seal the deal. That's lead nurturing.
CMS
CMS is a content management system that allows users to create, manage and edit content online without needing to know how to code. The common ones for small businesses are Shopify, Squarespace, Wordpress and Wix. There are pros and cons for all of them, and if you are thinking about getting a website then you need to consider what you need it to do before deciding which one to use. If you need help deciding, give me a call to chat it through!
CTA
CTA stands for Call To Action. It's a signpost to tell people what to do next and often comes in the form of a button. Think about your customer journey and guide them on the path you think they should take by using carefully planned CTAs.
